WHY WE EXIST
A Better Way to Renovate and Build
Residential projects rarely fall short due to a lack of ideas. They falter when responsibility is spread too thin. Design is separated from construction. Consultants operate in isolation. Decisions are made without full context — and homeowners are left carrying a level of coordination they never anticipated.
French Touch Building exists to take responsibility for the whole. We simplify a fragmented process into a single, supported pathway from beginning to end.
THE DESIGN STUDIO
The Studio Experience
During the design development phase, clients are invited into our studio to resolve selections with confidence and direction.
Layouts, fixtures, finishes, and key details are developed and finalised in one place — with access to extensive physical samples and guided support from our in-house team. This allows decisions to be made early, deliberately, and with a clear understanding of how each choice contributes to the project as a whole.
The studio is not about choice overload. It’s about shaping hundreds of options into a focused, well-judged outcome.
